Homefront® strives to bring our quality fragrances to your home or business as it is our goal to ship to an endless set of destinations. Regretfully as of current, we do not ship our products outside the United States. We strictly ship in the Lower-48. Stay tuned as we grow, so will our shipping radius.
All orders are handled the day they are received between 8am – 5pm CST. All orders posted after 5pm will be processed the following day. Your products will arrive 3-5 business days from the time we receive your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS and FedEx. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1 st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
We also can not ship to more than one location per individual order. Thats one location per order.
We accept all forms of credit or debit card on our secure site: Visa, Master Card, Amex, and Discover. Please hold back on the Monopoly Money as we have enough to play with.
Need not worry as these unfortunate things happen. All you need to do is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and give specific details about your problem and attach a photo of the damaged candle or box, and we will see to it that your product is replaced quickly.
We love hearing what you have to say, it’s what makes us stronger and more efficient, to bring what we love to you. Customer feedback is the backbone of what drives out business and core values. Good, bad, or a kind suggestion, we welcome them all. This is to include any specific idea you have for a fragrance or box design. You can send your feedback to email@example.com.
We understand that smell is not the same for everyone. We’re working on scratch and sniff monitors as we speak to solve this issue, but until then, if your dissatisfied by your candle experience simply return your product and we will refund the cost excluding the shipping charges.
Want to create an account with us? It’s as easy as lighting a candle itself. Go to the Account link in the upper left-hand portion of the Welcome page, click, and follow the prompts. From there you will be asked to fill out a series of prompts so we can securely save your information and you can access your orders, history, and become a “Candle of the Month” member if you so please.
*We will not solicit your information to any 3 rd parties or for any personal use. Your information is safely secured in our database for ease of access and user identification.
Taxes will be assessed for each order and not the shipping. As for order pricing, shipping is negotiated for either fundraising or custom orders.
